Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Jonesboro, AR is seeking an experienced Toolmaker to design, build, and maintain tooling used in precision manufacturing.

You will fabricate complex tools, dies, and fixtures to exact specifications, restore and tune tooling for peak reliability, and collaborate with engineers and production. Candidates should read blueprints, work with CNC equipment, and uphold strict safety and quality standards in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate in Toolmaking preferred.
• Experience as a Toolmaker or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Read blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
• CNC machining and tooling knowledge required.
• Strong attention to detail and safety in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate complex tools, dies, and fixtures to exact specifications.
• Restore, repair, and fine-tune existing tooling for peak reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers and production to iterate tooling and processes.
• Run milling, turning, grinding, and EDM operations.
• Inspect parts and assemblies to verify tolerances and quality.
• Document prints, changes, and maintenance records for traceability.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and uphold safety discipline.
