Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of related experience required.
• Knowledge of blueprint reading and mechanical aptitude preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure equipment and calibrate gauge settings.
• Recognize condition of punches and dies, ensure tooling, and reorder as needed.
• Load materials onto equipment and feed through die; position and remove parts from die.
• Change tooling between production runs.
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Maintain equipment by following manufacturer instructions and troubleshooting malfunctions.
• Use of forklift to move materials.
• Maintain 6s standards in all workstations.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.
