Job description

WE ARE SEEKING A SKILLED OPERATOR TO JOIN OUR DYNAMIC TEAM IN A FAST-PACED MANUFACTURING FACILITY. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR OPERATING AND MAINTAINING VARIOUS MACHINERY AND TOOLS, ENSURING THE PRODUCTION PROCESS RUNS SMOOTHLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THIS ROLE REQUIRES A STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF TOOLING, PROGRAMMING, AND THE ABILITY TO WORK WITH BOTH CNC MACHINES AND HAND TOOLS

• Operates, monitors and helps maintain machine/equipment (press, welders, cranes, forklifts, etc.)
• Feeds equipment and tooling
• Performs or assists in die changes
• Perform quality checks and verify quality (first, middle, and last off’s, PQI books, SPC etc.)
• Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems and Environmental Management System standards
• Train other operators and document in matrix
• Ability to drive a forklift or ability to learn how to drive a forklift

Must be able to lift/push/pull weight up to 50lbs.

Must be able to move for up to 10 hours.
