The manager will partner with friendly nurses and a diverse team of physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, therapists, case managers, social workers, educators, and support professionals. Key priorities include mentoring staff, strengthening retention, supporting shared decision-making, promoting a Just Culture, monitoring clinical outcomes, and building an environment in which team members feel heard, respected, and empowered.
