Job summary

vTech Solution is seeking a Progressive Care Registered Nurse for a fast-paced hospital setting in the United States. You will provide specialized nursing care in a 15-bed unit, monitor telemetry, read strips, and manage treatments with advanced equipment and electronic charting systems.

Requirements include Hawaii RN license, at least 1 year of recent acute care experience, and BLS certification. Telemetry and progressive care experience are preferred, with potential to float to ICU/ER as

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Hawaii required by start date.
• Minimum 1 year of hospital acute care experience within the last year.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience with telemetry monitoring and progressive care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary nursing care in Progressive Care and Step-down units.
• Perform telemetry monitoring and interpret strips.
• Conduct fingerstick glucose testing and routine assessments.
• Use Meditech charting and Pyxis medication dispensing.
• Operate BIPAP and continuous cardiac monitors.
• Collaborate with care team to develop and implement care plans.
• Float to Medical, Surgical/Pediatrics, ICU, and ER as needed.
