Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care (Step down) unit at Springfield Regional Medical Center. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring safe, effective treatment plans.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license, 1 year of RN experience, and BSN (preferred). ACLS/BLS certification is required or to be obtained within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred but not required.
• Active RN license in the state.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience (required).
• ACLS or BLS certification; ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Assess patient status and develop care plans.

• Administer medications safely.
