Piedmont Eastside Medical Center in Snellville, GA is seeking an RN for Progressive Care/PCU/Step Down. Part-time days, 2 x 12-hour shifts per week with occasional weekends, in a high-acuity environment bridging ICU and med-surg.

Competenze

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current Georgia RN license; BLS certification.
• New graduates eligible.

Mansioni

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team; assign tasks to staff.
• Execute plans of care to achieve patient outcomes.
• Deliver age-appropriate care across lifecycle.
• Oversee ancillary and support staff activities.
• Identify patient teaching opportunities and provide resources.
• Report concerns to Charge Nurse/Manager/physician as appropriate.
