Job summary

Southern New Hampshire Health in Nashua, NH seeks a Progressive Care RN to provide comprehensive nursing care for adolescent and adult patients requiring enhanced monitoring. Full-time, 36 hours/week, days, 7A-7P, every other weekend.

Minimum ASN/BSN, NH RN license, and 2+ years in progressive or critical care are required; telemetry experience is preferred. Excellent benefits and Magnet-designated setting offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (ASN or BSN).
• Registered Nurse, licensed in NH.
• 2+ years of progressive care/critical care RN experience preferred; 2+ years of RN cardiac telemetry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement priority-based nursing care and establish goals to meet the patient’s needs.
• Integrate patient values, best practice, and evidence into patient care.
• Engage patients and/or families in the care delivery.
• Function competently within own scope of practice.
• Communicate effectively with the team to meet clinical needs.
