Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua, NH is seeking a Progressive Care RN for the 4-West unit. You will provide comprehensive nursing care to adolescent and adult patients requiring enhanced monitoring and support outside the ICU.

Responsibilities include assessing and implementing priority-based care, integrating best practices and evidence, engaging patients and families in the care plan, and collaborating with the care team to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• ASN or BSN from an accredited program.
• Registered Nurse licensed in NH.
• 2+ years of progressive care/critical care RN experience preferred.
• 2+ years of RN cardiac telemetry experience required.

Responsabilités

• Assess and implement priority-based nursing care with patient-centered goals.
• Integrate best practices and evidence into patient care delivery.
• Engage patients and families in the care plan.
• Operate within the defined scope of practice.
• Communicate effectively with the health care team.
