Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current California Registered Nurse License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience in Progressive Care/IMC/Step Down.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift.
• Perform procedures or functions as ordered by the medical provider.
• Document care administration in patient records timely and thoroughly.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses.
• Maintain knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment for cardiac and medical-surgical patients.
