Job summary

CARIN Alliance seeks an experienced RN for Progressive Care in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This role focuses on comprehensive patient assessment, monitoring, and delivering evidence-based bedside care in a dynamic step-down environment.

You will titrate IV medications, interpret cardiac telemetry, and collaborate with physicians to coordinate care. Education for patients and families is essential, with emphasis on safety, transitions of care, and adherence to nursing best practices.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure with Progressive Care/step-down experience preferred.
• Strong assessment skills for patients with complex, acutely ill needs.
• Proficiency with IV medication titration and continuous monitoring.
• Ability to interpret cardiac/telemetry information accurately.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and patient/family education skills.
