Job summary

Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT/CNA/MA/EMT) to provide direct patient care in the 9E Progressive Care Unit. You will assist with ADLs, collect specimens, and document patient data under RN supervision.

The role offers full-time or part-time schedules with rotation and benefits from day one. Training is provided to ensure success in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of direct care experience or completion of CENA, PCT, MA, or EMT course.
• Student nurses must have completed their nursing fundamentals class of a BSN program.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs including bathing, toileting, positioning, turning, and feeding.
• Collect specimens (blood/blood cultures) and manage IV catheter procedures.
• Record patient information accurately to meet documentation requirements.
• Support a clean, safe patient care environment in a progressive care unit.
