The State of North Carolina is seeking a dedicated professional to supervise and implement rehabilitation programs for offenders. This full-time position involves developing program activities, monitoring offender classification, and coordinating with community agencies to enhance rehabilitation efforts. Candidates should have relevant experience and knowledge in case management and counseling techniques.
Reporting to the Associate Warden of Programs, this position is responsible for providing and supervising programs for the rehabilitation of offenders in the prison system. This position's responsibilities will include:

As of January 1, 2025, there are new increase adjustments to the state’s pay plans which were approved by the State Human Resources Commission, effective January 1, 2025.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with State Benefits.
Note to Current State Employees:
The salary grade for this position is NC08. State employees are encouraged to apply for positions of interest even if the salary grade is the same as, or lower than, their current position. If selected, a new salary will be recalculated based on relevant education, experience, funding, and internal equity, which may result in a pay increase.
