Job summary

The Findlay Recreation Center is seeking a Programs Supervisor to lead development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of recreation, wellness, and community programs at the center. You will oversee staff, schedules, and daily operations to ensure a welcoming experience for participants of all ages.

You will build partnerships with community organizations, manage program plans, and ensure inclusive service delivery while supporting revenue goals and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health and Fitness or related field is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in recreation programming or related service delivery is required.
• Lead/coordinator experience in a related role is preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation, organization and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned program staff and volunteers, develops program plans and schedules.
• Oversee program operations, budgeting inputs, and program evaluation.
• Develop and implement programs that advance wellness and community connection.
• Build relationships with community partners, vendors, schools, and TriHealth departments.
• Provide direct program facilitation and event support as appropriate.
