Job summary

U.S. Pacific Fleet seeks a specialist to analyze process performance data and evaluate departmental programs to ensure compliance and performance improvements. You will conduct program surveillance, develop reports, and recommend corrective actions to reverse adverse trends.

The role requires interpreting Quality Performance System data and preparing regular assessments, while advocating for established policies across departments within the Navy.

Qualifications

• Resume must show at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to GS-9.
• Specialized experience includes analyzing program performance data to investigate trends and non-compliance issues for reports, charts or graphs.

Responsibilities

• Use investigative and analytical techniques to gather process performance data to evaluate departmental programs.
• Conduct program compliance surveillances.
• Recommend actions to resolve non-compliance and reverse adverse trends.
• Collect and review Quality Performance System data and related reports.
• Prepare weekly, quarterly and yearly assessment reports for all programs.
• Advocate for department programs and implement higher-level policies.
