Job summary

Easterseals Serving Chicagoland and Greater Rockford seeks a Program Operations Manager to coordinate the Illinois Autism Partnership services, supervise scheduling, contracts, invoicing, records, and logistics to ensure timely, accurate delivery.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities while communicating effectively with internal partners and district collaborators. Based at our Chicago location with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, education, or related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, operations, office management, or related role.
• Experience in nonprofit, education, or service-oriented environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IAP schedules, trainings, coaching visits, meetings, and other program activities; document changes.
• Manage service logistics, travel planning, materials, and operational needs; keep stakeholders informed.
• Maintain accurate program records, calendars, customer information, and service documentation.
• Coordinate invoicing, reporting, and collaboration across departments to support program operations.
