Qualifications

• Strong financial and business acumen including budgeting, reporting, contracts, purchasing, and resource management.
• Experience supporting externally facing organizations, centers, institutes, executive education programs, or mission-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio execution for Fowler Center programs, conferences, and fellowships.
• Develop plans, timelines, communications, and participant materials.
• Coordinate facilities, vendors, travel, and event operations for quality experiences.
• Monitor results and drive improvements in impact, efficiency, and stakeholder experience.
• Build strategic relationships with sponsors, donors, and advisory board members.
