General Dynamics OTS seeks a Program Manager to plan, monitor and manage internal programs from initiation through completion. You will lead or coordinate programs, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, troubleshooting and indirect people management.

Responsibilities span planning, budgeting, staffing, performance tracking, and ensuring alignment with policy and customer needs. Requires an Associate's degree with 2–4 years' experience (or equivalent) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualificações

• Associate's Degree and 2-4 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, monitors and manages internal programs from initiation through completion.
• Leads or coordinates programs, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, troubleshooting and indirect people management.
• Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
• Responsibilities are within the Project Management Function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines.
• Has P&L responsibilities for a specific program.
• Implements and administers corporate programs, typically consisting of multiple programs or sub-programs.
• Executes programs that meet the needs of the organization or its employees or customers.
• Participates in planning, budgeting, staffing and performance, and tracks utilization.
