• Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience supporting complex operational, manufacturing, or transformation projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional program teams across the full product lifecycle, including NPI, sustaining operations, volume ramp and EOL.
• Facilitate collaboration and resolve conflicts across engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, IT, facilities, and external partners.
• Act as the primary communication lead between team members, functional leaders, executives, customers, and external stakeholders.
• Transition from hands-on project execution to people-focused program management after factory launch.
• Set expectations, monitor performance, and support team development to ensure consistent program delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement through coaching, feedback, and alignment across manufacturing, quality, and supply chain organizations.
