Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII in San Jose, CA is seeking a Program Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of customer projects within the contract manufacturing framework.

Qualifications

• Education: BS/BA/master degree in engineering, business, management or a relevant field.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in program management experience. Electronics manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Language: Proficiency in English required; Mandarin preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the program implementation of a customer product through the contract manufacturing process.
• Develop and maintain program schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and contract compliance.
• Oversee RFQ responses, timing estimates, and program risk.
• Lead and evaluate project managers and staff, manage deadlines and budgets.
