Mncsf seeks a proficient Workforce Projects Coordinator to manage the full lifecycle of workforce development projects in our San Francisco operations. You will coordinate planning, execution, and evaluation while supporting the CPO with calendar management, correspondence, and reporting.

You will lead grant coordination, budgeting, and staff onboarding, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery of deliverables.

Formación

• AA Degree required; bachelor’s degree in administration preferred.
• 2+ years of admin support/project management experience.
• 3+ years as an assistant to a senior executive or board liaison; nonprofit experience desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee lifecycle of projects from planning to completion.
• Manage calendars, prepare correspondence and budget records.
• Coordinate grant proposals, budgets, and timelines.
• Maintain records and prepare reports for funders.
• Liaise with program staff and partner agencies to ensure goals.
