C2 Global Professional Services, LLC is seeking a Special Projects Coordinator to resolve customer issues, analyze programs and services, and liaise with community groups and regulatory agencies. The role includes budget involvement and program evaluation.

Strong knowledge in workforce development, program/project management, and excellent communication are essential. Regents and community outreach experience are valued. Be prepared for office-based work with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Undergraduate degree in a relevant field strongly preferred.
• 2 years of relevant experience preferred; additional related work may be considered in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and resolves customer disputes and facilitates resolution to complaints by discussing with management.
• Researches, analyzes, implements, coordinates, and evaluates special programs/grants/contracts ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Participates in development and administration of program/budget for grants/contracts.
• Analyzes and recommends program and service delivery improvements.
• Serves as consumer and regulatory liaison and conducts community events.
