Job summary

Disney Programs Office in Orlando, Florida is seeking a Program Experience Intern for a six-month, full-time internship from January 2027 through June 2027. You will be the first point of contact for program participants, handling data entry, calls, and in-person communication as part of a team of program experience specialists.

This role requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, Microsoft Office 365 proficiency, the ability to lift 45 pounds, and a commitment to exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university, pursuing a degree, taking at least one class at the time of application, OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
• Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney Internship or Disney College Program.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess unrestricted work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for program participants.
• Handle data entry and respond to participant questions.
• Assist in planning and implementing program and learning activities.
• Liaise with program partners.
