Job summary

Disney Experiences offers a full-time, six-month Spring 2027 internship in Orlando, FL. You will support College & International Recruitment operations, onboarding, and arrivals-day activities while collaborating with campus recruiters.

The role requires strong communication, data entry accuracy, and the ability to work independently or with a team; familiarity with Office tools and Zendesk is a plus. Hours are typically 40 per week with potential weekend shifts; housing opportunities may be

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree at an accredited college/university.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to manage data and documents accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-arrivals, onboarding, and arrivals day tasks.
• Support arrivals day events and participant interactions.
• Contact participants by phone or email to provide onboarding support.
• Maintain candidate records and ensure timely document submission.
• Read reports in BrassRing, Excel, and other systems.
• Support on-campus recruiters and Disney Program Representatives.
• Handle Zendesk messages and coordinate with internal/external partners.
