Qualifications

  • Knowledge of USMC facilities processes and assessment systems (iNFADS/Builder) or investment package development.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct facility condition reviews and coordinate with senior leadership on analytic reports.

Programs Development Facilities Professional
The Opportunity:

As a facilities manager, you understand that relationship‑building and keen attention to detail is crucial when overseeing the life cycle of a project. As an experienced facilities professional at Booz Allen, you can use your client engagement skills to impact projects that will shape emerging facility requirements, strengthen investment decision processes, and support modernization across Marine Corps infrastructure programs. We need someone like you who is eager to work on complex projects that’ll enable force design, system fielding, and informed investment strategies that directly support mission readiness.

On our team, you’ll manage challenging projects for sensitive missions from beginning to end while collaborating with senior leadership. You’ll oversee a team to develop creative solutions on mission‑critical programs development activities within USMC facilities and infrastructure environments.

In this role, you’ll closely impactMarine Corps program development and facility modernization effortsbyidentifying emerging facility requirements, processing DOTMLPF‑C assessments, building force and system‑driven investment decision packages, tracking program execution, and conducting facility condition reviews using systems such as iNFADS and BUILDER. With mentoring, exposure to challenging projects, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers. You Have:
  • Knowledge of USMC facilities processes, condition assessment systems, such as iNFADS or Builder, or investment package development
  • Ability to identify and document emerging facility requirements and produce analytic impact reports
  • Ability to develop databases to track program execution, and prepare structured decision‑quality documentation
  • Ability to oversee the efforts of less senior staff
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Real Estate, Public Policy, or Finance field and 10+ years of experience supporting program development, facilities planning, or DOTMLPF‑C analysis, or Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience supporting program development, facilities planning, or DOTMLPF‑C analysis
Nice If You Have:
  • Experience collaborating with USMC or DoD facilities, programs, or planning organizations
  • Knowledge of GF‑CI review workflows or force-design-driven investment processes
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Public Policy, Finance, or a related field
  • PMP, CFM, or related facilities or program management certifications
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
