Job summary

MCL Construction seeks a Program Delivery Lead in Omaha, NE to steer preconstruction and design efforts from concept through GMP. You will align budgets, schedules, and design objectives across architects, engineers, estimators, and owners to keep programs on track.

You will own schedules and deliverables, coordinate with design-build teams, and drive value engineering while maintaining strong client relationships and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in project management or preconstruction within commercial construction.
• Experience with design-build or design-assist delivery methods.
• Solid understanding of budgeting and scheduling from the ground up.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and visit active job sites.
