Job Summary

About the Job: The Programs and Operations Manager, Sales will lead the charge in executing Intuit's Engagement Sales Programs, focusing on creating exceptional sales program and event experiences. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and vendors to ensure all aspects of program logistics, from planning through to execution, are flawlessly managed. Reporting to the Head of Sales Engagement, you will play a critical role in the sales operations team, driving both efficiency and innovation in our sales engagement initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Lead all facets of sales program logistics, including vendor management and on-site execution.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive workback schedules, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Craft and oversee the delivery of program communications and materials, leveraging various media.
  • Maintain rigorous budget tracking and optimization, ensuring all programs are executed within financial guidelines.
  • Forge strong partnerships with internal teams and external vendors, continuously driving program enhancements.

Must have Skills

  • Exceptional planning and project management capabilities.
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient use of spreadsheets for budgeting, planning, and reporting.

Industry Experience Required

Prior experience in event management is ideal but not mandatory. Knowledge of and experience within sales operations will be highly beneficial for this role.
