Securitas Technology, part of Securitas, is a world-leading provider of integrated security solutions. Program Support Specialists coordinate National Projects across all time zones and support customer requirements daily.

We seek highly motivated individuals with problem-solving abilities, strong written and verbal communication, and solid software/networking knowledge. Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing daily with Project Team and Customer
• Acquiring hourly / daily status and generating reports on certain projects
• Tracking product / deliverables
• Escalating Issues
• Participating in customer meetings
• Creating, maintaining and distributing Project schedules and spreadsheets
• Performing project specific activities supporting all of Centralized Services
• Develop new strategies & activities for supporting future experience with Alarm, Video and Access Systems
