Job summary

Securitas Technology is seeking a Program Support Specialist to coordinate national projects across time zones and support the Centralized Services business.

You will interface with project teams and customers, track status, generate reports, maintain schedules, and help develop future strategies while applying strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing daily with Project Team and Customer.
• Acquiring hourly/daily status and generating reports.
• Tracking product/deliverables and escalating issues.
• Participating in customer meetings and maintaining schedules.
• Creating, maintaining and distributing project schedules/spreadsheets.
• Performing project-specific activities supporting Centralized Services.

Program Support Specialists satisfy customer requirements through the coordination of National Projects across all time zones. Program Support Specialists support numerous initiatives throughout the Centralized Services business

Essential Functions

• Interfacing daily with Project Team and Customer
• Acquiring hourly / daily status and generating reports on certain projects
• Tracking product / deliverables
• Escalating Issues
• Participating in customer meetings
• Creating, maintaining and distributing Project schedules and spreadsheets
• Performing project specific activities supporting all of Centralized Services
• Develop new strategies & activities for supporting future
• Experience with Alarm, Video and Access Systems

Job Requirements

• Highly motivated
• Problem solving methodology and proven analytical ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong technical skills and understanding of software, networking and systems development
• Multi-tasking capability; must be able to coordinate more than one project and various tasks
• Ability to act in an autonomous role with little supervision
• Must be detail oriented and organized
• This position requires advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook and MS Project (preferred, but not required), and an understanding of Securitas technology and operations.
