Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college/technical degree preferred.
• Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word & Excel required.
• Strong organizational and phone skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Broadcast experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Sales Management and General Manager
• Log reconciliation
• Daily management of Programming changes and coordination
• Pull and provide detailed reports for management
• Coordinate with other departments on projects as needed
• Assist with research, traffic, and programming functions within the Administration Department
• FCC File Maintenance
• Rate Card Maintenance
• Serves as a back-up to other support team members
• Other duties as assigned by station management

Salary/Wage:

$18.00 - $20.00/hr. (DOE)
