The Program Analyst will design, develop, implement, and maintain applications and systems used to collect and report business data and improve communication between departments.
This position will be responsible for managing development activities and requests, supporting application implementations, troubleshooting systems, and continuously improving applications, technology, and business processes.
Design, develop, test, analyze, document, and maintain software applications based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain applications using C#, ASP.NET, and VB.NET.
Analyze existing business systems and procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement application solutions and system integrations.
Design, develop, and maintain custom Microsoft SharePoint sites, applications, and workflows.
Perform SharePoint development, customization, integration, troubleshooting, and administration.
Support enterprise collaboration sites, search, content management, forms, workflows, reporting, and site standardization.
Develop SharePoint templates, metadata structures, workflows, and reporting solutions.
Create training materials and educate users on SharePoint best practices.
Provide ongoing application and system support to functional departments.
Provide first- and second-level technical support for computer systems and shop-floor equipment.
Provide first-level support for MRP/ERP systems.
Develop and deploy interfaces that integrate multiple systems.
Design, configure, and maintain data collection systems using Kepware OPC Server.
Verify the accuracy of data collected from the shop floor.
Troubleshoot issues identified through testing or user feedback and implement appropriate solutions.
Evaluate code to ensure it is properly structured, valid, maintainable, and compatible with applicable systems and platforms.
Maintain knowledge of current web technologies, programming practices, and development standards.
Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting established deadlines.
Communicate effectively with users, peers, management, and leadership, including providing training and presentations.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of relevant software development experience.
2–5 years of experience with ASP.NET development using C#.
Strong understanding of general programming algorithms, backend development, design patterns, and coding best practices.
Experience with web development, including Web Forms, MVC, Visual Studio, Web Services, and source control.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft SharePoint development, customization, troubleshooting, and administration.
