This position is hybrid (3 days onsite) at our FIS Office locations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Jacksonville, Florida; and Atlanta, Georgia.

The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions in the financial services industry, with responsibilities including analyzing requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring successful system improvements.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Implement system improvements successfully.
2. Understand FIS systems and the financial services industry.
3. Analyze requirements and design technical solutions.
4. Write technical specifications and documentation.
5. Research client needs, analyze trends, and create detailed program specifications.
6. Devise procedures to improve efficiencies and solve technical problems.
7. Assess technologies and recommend solutions.

**Minimum qualifications:**

• Experience in COBOL programming and Unisys.
• Knowledge of banking processes like deposits and loans.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle shifting priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to devise efficiencies.
• Knowledge of end-to-end systems and application development.
• Proficiency in UML and understanding of programming languages.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience.

**Preferred skills:**
