Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst to join its enterprise technology team in Richmond, VA. This contract role emphasizes .NET development, systems analysis, and enterprise application integration within a regulated, large-scale environment.

You will analyze business requirements, design and implement robust .NET solutions, build and maintain integrations and web services, and work with Oracle and SQL Server databases to support production systems and ongoing enhancements.

Location: Richmond, VA, 23219 (Onsite – 5 days/week)
Job Type: Contract- 12 months with Possibility of extension
Schedule: 5 8’s Monday thru Friday
Pay Rate: $55/hr – $58/hr (W2)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Programmer Analyst to join a dynamic enterprise technology team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in .NET development, systems analysis, and enterprise application integration.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with .NET / .NET Core development
• 4+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst
• Strong experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and integrations

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST)
• Enterprise integrations and real-time messaging
• TIBCO integration experience (preferred)
• IIS (Internet Information Services) administration/hosting
• Experience working in large, regulated enterprise environments (Utilities, Energy, Financial Services, Healthcare, Government, etc.)
