Job summary

InnoSoul, Inc. is seeking a Hybrid/Local Govt Power Builder/.Net Developer to back up the Banking application and translate requirements into database and program solutions. The role requires independence and teamwork, with strong communication and the ability to adapt to change and follow coding standards.

The candidate will primarily support the FIIS application in PowerBuilder, with additional support for other .NET apps, and will document work and provide turnover to SCC staff.

Qualifications

• PowerBuilder/Infomaker experience required (4+ years).
• Web site maintenance using Asp.net/MVC/Web forms/Blazor (5+ years).
• Visual Studio proficiency (5+ years).
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript (5+ years).
• Web API maintenance with C#, EF, LINQ (1+ year).
• Oracle/SQL Server (5+ years).
• Experience with Microsoft Office apps (SharePoint/Visio) (5+ years).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities (5+ years).
• Excellent verbal and written communication (5+ years).
• Ability to work independently and as a team (5+ years).
• Desirable: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (3 years).
• Desirable: Azure DevOps or Team Foundation Server (3 years).
• Desirable: Client Server (EXE) maintenance (C#/VB.NET, Oracle) (3 years).

ABOUT THE ROLE

This Powerbuilder/.Net devloper position will serve as backup support on the Banking application. The individual in this position will assist with translating formal requirements documentation into database and program solutions.

Ideal candidates will be able to work independently and as a team. The ability to adapt to change and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers is essential. Comply with all system development policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines, including coding standards and reviews. Fully document work performed and provide technology turnover on all work performed to other SCC staff.
