We are seeking experienced and proactive Programme Managers to join our Programme Management team, specializing in Life Science Programmes. You will work on exciting and impactful programmes and portfolios both nationally and globally, transforming Life Science projects through international and national change programmes.

Our projects are iconic and international, offering unique challenges and exposure to innovative schemes in the marketplace. The ideal candidate will have experience in transformation programmes and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, external-facing, and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Commission Lead on various tasks, including delivering high-quality services to senior stakeholders.
• Support the development and management of client relationships and project deliverables.
• Operate effective programme processes and systems for data management and benchmarking.
• Interface with clients and consultants throughout programme stages.
• Understand client requirements to ensure reliable delivery.
• Manage programme setup, delivery, and close-down activities.
• Support marketing and business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and improving programme management products and services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing programmes, with pharmaceutical programme management experience preferred.
• Understanding of programme management requirements related to pharmaceutical projects.
• Familiarity with programme management processes and systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian, both written and in person.
• Degree in a relevant field; professional membership is desirable.
