MiQ is seeking a Trader Manager to lead the Trading Team in New York. In this newly created role, you will implement trading best practices and oversee the performance of regional campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of trading experience and be passionate about developing others while driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 4 years trading experience.
• 1 year of management experience preferred.
• Experience training & developing team members.
• Experience in portfolio management of high-scale accounts.
• Good knowledge of the media landscape and digital media technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Trading Team as the Trader Manager.
• Implement and enforce trading best practices.
• Monitor performance and pacing of regional campaigns.
• Conduct bi-weekly 1-on-1s focusing on performance.
