Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Supply Chain Material Analyst, Programmatic, to drive material readiness, demand forecasting, and make-versus-buy decisions for the Programmatic ARS portfolio. You will support hub planning, factory launches, and scale-up across multiple US facilities in a hybrid setup with ~25% travel.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and at least 5 years in supply chain, manufacturing operations, or sourcing. Power BI and ERP/MRP experience are highly favored.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, materials management, manufacturing operations, sourcing, industrialization, or program management.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
• APICS/ASCM certifications (CPIM, CSCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts and volume projections based on commitments, awarded business, and pipeline opportunities.
• Translate forecasts into material, labor, supplier, and manufacturing capacity requirements with Product Line leaders.
• Support SIOP and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze demand variability and propose inventory and sourcing strategies to mitigate risk.
• Develop scenarios and supply plans to support growth and commitments.
• Lead make-versus-buy evaluations for fabricated components and key commodities.
• Analyze cost, lead-time, quality, capacity, and logistics factors for sourcing decisions.
• Collaborate with product lines, manufacturing, sourcing, and operations to optimize total delivered cost.
• Support program launches, hubs, and new fabrication COE planning.
• Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned from launches.
