Job summary

RealChem is seeking an Associate Director, Programmatic to lead activation strategy and end-to-end management of digital media campaigns across key accounts. You will oversee planning, setup, QA, launch, optimization, reporting, and day-to-day campaign management across programmatic display, video, audio, CTV, and emerging media.

The ideal candidate has deep digital media and campaign management experience, strong analytics, hands-on platform expertise, and the ability to manage multiple clients

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in digital media buying, campaign management, or ad operations.
• 3-5+ years hands-on programmatic experience.
• Strong knowledge of programmatic channels and ad tech tools.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and leading client deliverables.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead tactical strategy, planning, execution, optimization, and day-to-day management of programmatic campaigns.
• Manage setup, QA, launch, pacing, targeting, and reporting across displays, video, audio, and CTV.
• Ensure on-time activation aligned with media plans and client KPIs and budgets.
• Serve as primary activation lead, communicating progress and timelines to teams and clients.
• Analyze performance, surface trends, and translate data into actionable insights.
• Develop client-facing deliverables and internal performance recaps.
