Job summary

Tombras is seeking an Executive Producer to lead the production team and deliver high-caliber work across broadcast, digital, social, experiential, branded content, photography, radio, and emerging media. You will manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations while partnering with Creative, Account Services, and clients.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of production experience, strong leadership, and a deep network of production partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of production experience in creative/advertising settings.
• Experience leading integrated campaigns across multiple media.

Responsibilities

• Lead the agency's production function from concept through final delivery.
• Develop production strategies aligning with budget, schedule, and operations.
• Assign internal and external producers based on scope and expertise.
• Mentor and develop production staff within a collaborative culture.
