Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a Programmatic and Financial Analyst to support DARPA in Arlington, VA.

The role focuses on financial and administrative support to Program Managers, tracking budgets, deliverables, and milestones, maintaining calendars, and preparing correspondence. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in financial management, strong communication, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in a government research environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively and have excellent oral communication and writing skills
• Self-starter and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail on assignments of a varied, diverse, and sometimes difficult nature
• The ability to manage multiple and concurrent projects under tight deadlines
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Active Secret clearance
• Able to report to Arlington,VA up to full-time based upon client needs.

Responsabilités

• Support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in managing the full lifecycle of large-scale research and development efforts.
• Provide financial and administrative support to Program Managers.
• Perform financial tracking and analysis, budget preparation/maintenance assistance.
• Assist with solicitation preparation and management, tracking of deliverables and milestones.
• Maintain schedules and calendars, provide meeting support, and prepare correspondence.
• Maintain files for audit and compliance.
