Job description

100% Remote Position

Base Salary: $100-115K, plus commissions

Responsible for strategizing and executing programmatic media campaigns across various platforms for clients. You will be the agency's expert in programmatic advertising, proficient with DSP platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, and Amazon, using your expertise to drive growth. Your duties include planning, execution, monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reporting.

This role serves as the day-to-day subject matter expert (SME) for programmatic advertising, providing strategic recommendations, analysis, reporting, and responding to ad-hoc requests. You will target customers, collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling ads, and ensure excellent communication, service, and campaign performance for clients.

Additional Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in developing media strategies and building paid media plans (including audience targeting, segmentation, messaging, budgeting, and optimizations)
  • Use real-time data dashboards and reporting tools to communicate campaign performance to clients and outline future strategies
  • Analyze performance data to synthesize insights and develop appropriate action plans
  • Continuously optimize campaigns, establish benchmarks, and recommend future tests
  • Communicate with clients regarding planning, performance, and project updates
  • Prepare and present reports to clients and management, securing alignment and recommending actions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies in advertising networks, including beta features and innovations
  • Apply a data-driven approach to develop marketing strategies that support client objectives
  • Build and maintain effective client relationships
  • Gather data on consumer behavior, competitors, and market conditions
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field required
  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience in programmatic advertising required
  • Proficiency in all programmatic tactics: Display, Native, Video, OTT/CTV, Digital Out-of-Home
  • Extensive knowledge of top programmatic ad platforms, automation tools, Google Analytics, and media buying and testing tools
  • Experience scaling campaigns while maintaining or improving KPIs
  • Experience managing large spend accounts with significant budgets and optimizations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels, understanding both daily operations and strategic vision
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
