Job summary
Fox Corporation, in partnership with Red Seat Ventures, seeks a technical account manager to own onboarding, integration, and ongoing technical support for programmatic deals across PMP, PG, and Preferred Deal structures. You will troubleshoot performance issues and collaborate with DSPs, agencies, and internal teams.
You will guide pre-sale technical discussions, optimize campaigns, and stay aligned with evolving ad tech standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in technical account management, ad operations, or programmatic roles.
- Hands-on experience with SSP and DSP tech.
- Familiarity with attribution and measurement partners.
- Strong understanding of deal types, header bidding, and yield optimization.
- Excellent troubleshooting and client-facing communication.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for agency, DSP, and direct buyers.
- Own onboarding and ongoing support for programmatic deals across structures.
- Troubleshoot deal performance issues and discrepancies.
- Support pre-sale technical discussions and RFP responses.
- Build strong technical relationships with DSP teams and agencies.
- Provide optimization recommendations based on performance data.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Identify upsell opportunities through deeper integrations.
- Maintain technical playbooks and integration runbooks.
- Stay current on ad tech standards and platform updates.
