Job summary

GiGi’s PlayHouse Fort Wayne is seeking a Program and Volunteer Manager to oversee program implementation, volunteer recruitment, scheduling, and training. The role requires in-person work, some evenings and weekends, and close collaboration with families, staff, and volunteers.

You will manage program operations, track outcomes in Salesforce, and coordinate communications for events and campaigns. Experience with volunteer programs and people management is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Five years related experience and/or training in a field working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities or related experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office; ability to document and report program data.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term program plans with the team and Executive Director.
• Ensure programs meet objectives and branding messages; maintain program logs.
• Recruit, orient, schedule, train, and recognize volunteers; staff programs with trained volunteers.
