Job summary

GiGi’s Playhouse seeks a Program and Volunteer Coordinator for the San Diego location to manage in-person program delivery and volunteer engagement. You will recruit, orient, train, and recognize volunteers, ensuring programs run with qualified staff and aligned curriculums.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related experience and/or training in a field working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities; Marketing experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms; Salesforce proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program staffing with volunteers and ensure proper staffing across Playhouse activities.
• Recruit and train volunteers, coordinate orientations, and recognize volunteers for their contributions.
