Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license (can obtain within 12 months).
• 3–5 years of Package (all-lines) P&C underwriting with carrier authority.
• Demonstrates ability to interact with carriers, clients and Venture team.
• Organized, independent, self-disciplined, and a self-starter.
• Familiarity with automated systems and general technology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Pricing and placement of new and renewal business opportunities.
• Maintain service levels for agents and brokers.
• Risk and pricing negotiation and analytical coverage reviews.
• Review endorsements, MVRs, loss notifications, and audits.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues.
