Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5+ years of commercial P&C underwriting experience with delegated authority.
• Experience underwriting package/all-lines business preferred.
• Must have underwriting experience in Hunting & Fishing, Lodging, or related outdoor hospitality/recreation programs.
• Program business or MGA/MGU experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment, pricing, and portfolio management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and underwriting technology platforms.
