Ryan Specialty National Programs is seeking an experienced and growth-oriented Program Underwriter to join our expanding Business Services & Contractors team. This role is responsible for underwriting, managing, and growing a profitable portfolio of specialized commercial insurance programs serving a diverse range of business service and contractor-focused industries, including staffing and workforce solutions organizations, janitorial and facility service providers, alarm and security contractors, fire protection companies, government service contractors, private investigation firms, and other niche commercial businesses. The ideal candidate is more than a strong technical underwriter. They are proactive, relationship-oriented, commercially minded, and energized by the opportunity to build a business. They enjoy developing broker relationships, participating in market-facing activities, identifying growth opportunities, and taking on increasing responsibility as the portfolio continues to expand.
