• 2–3 years of related work experience or a Master’s degree with 1–2 years’ experience preferred.
• Experience with school-based programming or prevention programming is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics of trainings and events, including space reservations, registrations, and calendars.
• Oversee virtual and in-person event preparation, materials, and A/V needs.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to advance program activities.
• Provide administrative and technical support during trainings and events.
• Support data collection and dissemination with the data team.
