Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related mental health field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a psychiatric health care facility.
• Experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and clinical skills.
• State licensure in social work or related field (LPC-A, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW).
• CPR certification and De-escalation training within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in meeting biopsychosocial needs and provide therapeutic skills.
• Provide basic consultation, teaching, and specialized clinical social work services.
• Crisis intervention and short/long-term family therapy.
• Provide information and referrals as needed.
