Responsibilities

• Maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Establish therapeutic rapport with patients and families.
• Facilitate admissions assessments and the admission process.
• Provide therapy sessions (individual, family, and groups) per level of care.
• Coordinate utilization review for authorizations and discharge planning.
• Support on-call coverage and crisis management as needed.
• Collaborate with treatment team to ensure continuity of care.
